What You Can Expect When You Meet With MeWhen you first meet with me we will sit down to evaluate and discuss the scope and nature of your debt and financial obligations. Oftentimes, my clients are facing foreclosures, repossessions, and creditor harassment. After I understand your situation, I can help offer options of what debt relief solutions may be available to you. The Benefits of Filing for BankruptcyFor many people, the notion of filing for bankruptcy is embarrassing and difficult. Bankruptcy is not a solution for every problem someone faces, but it may relieve pressure on other areas of people's lives including their personal relationships, jobs, and schooling. If bankruptcy is a viable option, I work with clients to assess whether bankruptcy under Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 is more appropriate for them. Bankruptcy is not the only solution and is not for everyone. If bankruptcy is not appropriate, I help clients negotiate with creditors. My end goal is to find solutions to get my client's lives back on track and put them in a position where they can move forward. Payment plans are available.
